The next five days play home to the popular and informative ‘Ubuntu Developer Week‘.

The week-long fact-packed workshops run from February 28th through to March 4th are designed to help get orientated in the ways of Ubuntu development.

  • 16:00 UTC/17:00 UTC: Getting Started With Development

“In this session Daniel Holbach will get you set up, talk about helpful tools and make sure you get the big picture overview first.”

  • 18:00 UTC: Introduction to Ubuntu Distributed Development
  • 19:00 UTC: Taking bite out of Unity

The ace combo of Jorge O. Castro and Jason Smith are manning a session on  contributing to Unity and getting knee-deep in bite-sized bugs.

  • 20:00 UTC: Getting your fixes into Ubuntu , how to make sponsors happy
